I had a nightmare last 10 days before closing my latest flip house. Thanks to the super-talented Jennifer O'Brien from Long Realty we actually closed a day early!! Lots of issues came up due to lots of outside parties - If I didn't have Jen helping out, I would have absolutely pulled all of my hair out (no "you don't have that much left anyway jokes").
